Neela & Mike’s New Years Eve Wedding

A year ago today, Neela & Mike rang in the new year by tying the knot! They had an amazing multi-cultural event over 2 days (see Part 1 of their Hindu ceremony here).

The entire day was a simple elegant affair. We started off with a foggy first look in Steveston, a place that is special for both Mike & Neela. It was December 31 and as weather goes in BC, we totally lucked out, and the fog made for some incredible backdrops for photos.

The ceremony and reception took place at Marine Drive Golf Club, and the entire event ran seamlessly under Alicia Keats, wedding planner extraordinaire.

All florals and decor were created by Simplest Details, and in lieu of favors Mike and Neela made a donation for the Delta Community Animal Shelter, where they adopted their own pets.

As the clock struck 12am Jan 1 2014, the first thing Family Creative Imagery did was capture an incredible photo of Neela & Mike.

2014 was an incredible year, and we were so excited we got to start it off with Mike & Neela!
