We packed up all our gear and our sleeping bags, and headed south to Washington, where we hopped on a ferry to get to Olympic National Park.
Crystal & Dylan booked out NatureBridge kids camp for a weekend wedding adventure, and everyone stayed in the cabins there, including us.
Once we arrived, we met up with the photographers Kim Smith-Miller and her husband (and 2nd shooter) from Portland.
The scenery is stunning, and for the middle of September, in Washington, the weather was beautiful and perfect. (except for the crazy wind coming off the lake during the ceremony.)
Since the couple was living in Las Vegas, and all family and friends also travelled to Washington for the wedding, all the planning and decor was done by Breva from Love Note Weddings in Sequim. Considering she’d never met the couple in person until the wedding weekend, she pulled the whole thing together spectacularly!
I highly recommend one of these Outdoor Camp adventure weddings, and hope to shoot another one someday soon!
